International Anti Money Laundering rules require many businesses to carry out Know Your Customer procedures for new and existing clients. Our partners use the ID-Pal App to collect your identity documents and information in order to verify your identity.

When directed to the ID-Pal App by one of our partners, once you have agreed to our standard terms and conditions, you should follow the simple on-screen process to upload your identity documents and information to our secure document server.
