Our cycling classes are taught by upbeat, personable, certified instructors. These cycle classes are taught in our state-of-the-art cycle theater that is fully equipped with ambient LED lighting, leaderboards, surround sound, and a stadium style layout!! The technology we have allows you to reserve and select your bike of choice, track your stats, and also compete with yourself and others. In addition to our cycle theater, RIDE209 has an additional space dedicated to providing full body workouts. Battle ropes, kettle bells, TRX, Bosu, free weights, and other modalities are utilized in our "bootcamp" style classes. These classes compliment our cycle classes by helping you to burn fat, strengthen, and tone your body. To top it all off, RIDE209 has digital lockers, showers, spa grade amenities, and a nutrition bar!!
