Scheduler and onDemand TV News reader

This is suitable for TV broadcast to read news automatically and scheduler.
sound play hear with Android speaker phone and Android phone screen.
It's does not have UI, speak is running automatically based on configuration file
File location :
ExternalPublicDirectory/documents/newsreader/[LangID]_[speak_custom].txt
For example we want to speak hello in custom language, configuration is
[LanguageId]_hello.wav
For news file is configured in location :
ExternalPublicDirectory/documents/newsreader/info0.txt
