Our program is one year long. We focus on real food, and our team collaborates with primary care providers directly.
Our team provides the following services and support to meet our patients’ needs:
Initial consultation
Weekly & monthly visits
Detailed nutrition & activity plan
Stress management counseling
Group sessions
Realistic goal setting

Patients may be eligible for this program if they have:
Body Mass Index over 30 or over 27 with a weight-related condition
Prediabetes or metabolic syndrome
Binge Eating Disorder
Patients who are pregnant, in active chemotherapy or who have had a heart attack in the past six months are not eligible.
