ZenHelp is a global query handling and grievance handling App which takes the traditional Helpdesk or ticketing system to an altogether different level. This is a private conversation channel between HR and associates to help solve any query or grievance irrespective of the associates’ location. It personifies the HR digital principle of Anytime, Anywhere, Anyone.
ZenHelp is a platform for raising queries and grievances directly to the HR team
The conversations are private in nature and will be directly taken up by the
concerned HR sub-function
Any information required about any HR policy or process is taken up as a query
Any issue or suggestion about any HR policy or process is taken up as a grievance
All queries and grievances will be responded to within 48 hours
Associates will be sent notifications when a response is given by the relevant HR department
History of all queries and grievances raised by the associate and the responses received will be maintained for future reference
A fully functional and dynamic FAQ section, verified by the HR department, will also be maintained for easy access by the associate. All FAQ items will be generalized for anonymity before publishing.
Relevant FAQs can be book-marked for easy reference
