Download the CitizEn Energy app today and manage your energy use from your mobile or tablet.

The CitizEn Energy App works with both traditional gas and electricity meters where you supply monthly meter reads as well as first generation smart meters. Unfortunately it doesn’t currently work for Pay As You Go customers. We’re working hard on this for early 2020.

For traditional meters the CitizEn Energy App lets you:

- Submit monthly meter reads
- View your bills and payments
- Track your energy consumption by year and month
- Request for a SMART meter to be installed
- Update some of your personal details
- Chat with a CitizEn Energy customer service agent between 8-8 Monday to Friday and 9-5 on Saturdays.


If you have a 1st Generation Secure smart meter you can also:

- Track your energy consumption at half-hourly (if you give consent) and daily intervals
- Set alerts so you know when you’re using more energy than normal
- Check how much energy you use compared to similar homes

Improvements coming soon: we’re currently working hard to allow customers with second generation SMART meters and pay as you go customers to use the App. Keep on checking as we constantly improve our app.
