The Civica HR app allows your employees to view their data, view details about their team and to make and authorise requests on the go, quickly and securely.

View who is in your team and contact them directly from within the app.
View the most up to date absence map to see who in your team is off work and why.
View your own absence history.
Request an absence, and authorise (or reject) absences from within your team.
Add your expense claims directly from the app, including upload of receipts. Managers can view claims and approve or reject them in-app.
New clocking feature. For T&A customers with remote workers, the app can be used to record time and location of clockings.
View your HR & Payroll message inbox.
