diaspora is a private social community connecting individuals to their origins. diaspora was founded in 2017 by Miten J. Marvania, a leading technology entrepreneur. Miten is a native of Saurashtra region from the state of Gujarat, India and migrated to United States of America at age of 14. Currently, there are over 50,000 people from the same region spanning multiple generation in USA. This community is called KPSNA.
diaspora is created to enable the people of KPSNA to connect with each other and give back to their community. Time and Knowledge are the greatest gift one can give to others. diaspora enables its members to give this gift to their own in a quick and safe manner.
diaspora is Connecting + Sharing. Miten learned the power of connecting people from his maternal grandfather Odhavji Dalsania and the importance of unconditional love and giving from his paternal grandmother, Kasturben Marvania.
“diaspora is the means through which I hope to continue my grandparents legacy - enabling people to connect and create a connected, loving, and sharing community” – Miten
