Your goodbag is a tool to help make the world a better place. For every bag sold we plant one tree in Zambia.


How does it work?

1. Open the goodbag app and select a shop on the interactive map.

2. Bring your goodbag to the shop.

3. Pick a project to support or a discount coupon to redeem.

4. Activate the discount coupon or support a project by holding your phone close to the goodbag label on your bag.

5. Repeat steps 1 – 4 and track your impact. In the app you can see how often you’ve reused your goodbag, how many plastic bags you’ve collected and how many trees you’ve planted.


What can you do in the goodbag app?

◦ Find all participating shops on an interactive map. Over 1 000 shops in 5 countries already support us in saving the environment!

◦ See how much plastic you’ve collected and how many trees you’ve planted in real-time and earn achievements for doing good!

◦ In a shop’s detail view you can see a selection of the sustainable projects you can support and the discounts you can redeem. Amongst others, we work with projects that plant trees in Zambia or clean plastic waste out of the ocean.



◦ If you want to help us save the environment, but don’t have a goodbag yet, you can order one directly in our online shop within the app. Pick your favorite design and get your own goodbag! All goodbags are made out of 100% organic cotton. With a volume of 16l, goodbag is the perfect tote bag for your daily shopping!

◦ You can’t find your favorite shop on the map? Suggest a shop in your area and we’ll invite them to join goodbag.


◦ Share the app with friends or let them scan your goodbag: one tree is planted for each friend you invite to use the goodbag app. Your friend will also receive a 20% discount on the goodbag online shop.



◦ Feedback is welcome: share your ideas and feedback on the goodbag app. That way we can keep improving your experience with goodbag!
