This app has been developed for colleagues in your LA, by colleagues in your LA. Therefore, it aims to help you to help yourself and others who may be struggling due to work. It also provides information regarding healthy work and healthy living, and allows you to anonymously (if you want) feed information up to senior management in your organisation, who will subsequently reply to these comments.

You also have access to a dedicated Occupational Therapist who can help you with work-related issues which may be affecting your health and wellbeing.
