The H&L service portal has been completely overhauled and technically upgraded so that you can quickly and easily access all the important service contents.

• Menu structure: The well-known question tree structure has been retained. You can now find the filter functions (revisions, software versions, electrical system) directly at the instructions level.

• Presentation mode: The presentation mode represents the different instruction steps as individual slides. A progress bar shows you where you are currently located in the instructions. Use the enlarged slide view of the contents for training events or service calls, for example, in order to keep a clear overview even with long sets of instructions.

• Spare parts view (in preparation): In the product selection, click on the shopping cart icon to enter the spare parts view.
Here you can use the schematic product illustrations to get a quick overview of the available spare parts and transfer them directly into the shopping cart of the new H&L dealer shop.

• Download products to use offline: With the ServicePortal app, you can download instructions for selected products in multiple languages for offline use. This way, you have access to all the service portal contents even without an active Internet connection. Offline use replaces the previous PDF export function.
