Application will be used for Service call assignment for site maintenance or issue calls, this app will be useful for all sixthEnergy people (TLs & FSEs) to get the issue details in form of tickets.
Tickets will be generated by the NOC team after user registration and site assignment, In case of any error please contact NOC team or your immediate boss.
