App contains product news, blog, infographics, and enquiry. User can view the product news, blog infographics generate from admin end. User can generate enquiry from the enquiry section.
User have to register & able to login.
After login, user can track the order status.
Order status update from admin end.
User can generate complain by scanning the QR code, which stick with the can, along with that user can manually feed text, & 2 images for a particular complain.
After submit the complaint, user will receive notification from admin’s end.
The App section deal with end client or customer and notification generate from admin end.
Web portal can access by admin & agent.
