SYNC APPLE HEALTH DATA
Workouts in the app are stored with your Apple Health data. The Summary tab shows you key metrics for each of five different timeframes - day, week, month, year, and all time.
Use your iPhone as a display during your workout to monitor your performance in real-time on key metrics such as number of jumps performed, calories burned, estimated rotations per minute, and duration.
