Let’s Senior service includes Senior Channel, which provides both live and recorded entertaining video content at daily bases. From application you can also find the video on demand library of recorded content including exercises, entertainment and informative videos. Exercises are recorded in Let’s Virtual’s own gym and new recordings will be done daily.
