The My Wesleyan App makes it even easier to take control of your finances on any compatible Smartphone or tablet. Exclusively available to our My Wesleyan registered customers, you can log in using your existing My Wesleyan log in details.

Features

With the My Wesleyan app you can:
• Get up to date policy information and valuations
• Apply for or top up a Wesleyan With Profits ISA
• Securely communicate with your local Financial Consultant, or the applicable product servicing team using our secure message centre
• Manage your messages using swipe functionality
• Book a financial review with your local Financial Consultant

Using the app

To use the app you will need to:
• Have a compatible smartphone or tablet –Apple IOS 8.0 or higher
• Have access to Wi-Fi or 3G/ 4G data on your device
• Be an existing My Wesleyan registered customer.
• Go to https://www.mywesleyan.co.uk/Register/ and follow the on screen instructions to register. Alternatively, if you have already received an activation code, go to https://www.mywesleyan.co.uk/Activate/ to activate your account

Staying Safe

We are committed to ensuring that when using our My Wesleyan app, your experience is as safe and secure as possible. However, there are a number of steps you can take to minimise any risks when managing any of your online accounts.
• Don’t leave your device unlocked where other people can access it. Look out for people who might be watching you when you log in.
• Make use of your devices’ built in security features to lock them when you are not using them.
• Do not store your login information on your device or carry them with you.
• Only download the app from the App Store, so you know it’s official.
• Keep up to date with the latest version of the IOS operating system to ensure optimum safety and security.
• Wesleyan will never ask for your online security details by SMS, email or by phone at any time. If you are in doubt about a link, don’t click on it.
• Never share your log in details or personal information with anyone.
