The My311™ app for iPhone is a gateway to your town’s non-emergency requests management system. My311 allows you to report and track issues that you notice, or make requests of the municipality. The app may also provide convenient access to your town’s Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram feed for up to the minute reports.
My311 is only available to communities that use Tyler 311, and have chosen to allow this app. If your community is not listed, ask your town if they use Tyler 311, and if so, to have their community listed as a participant within the app.
