As long-time renters ourselves, we know the ups and downs renting can be. So we decided to make a company that solves those pesky problems no one else seems to know how to fix.
Ever walk down with a basket full of clothes to the laundry room only to find all the machines already taken? Yeah, so have we. So we built an app to let you know if they're being used *before* you make the trek down there. And when you do use one, tap your phone on the Green Doors Smart Tag so everyone else doesn't come walking in behind you.
Plus, when that inevitable sink gets clogged or your dishwasher stops working, stop waiting on hold - talk to our smart assistant immediately and explain what happened. She'll take it from there and your apartment will be good as new in no time.
