Manuals
Product information and instructions are accessed by simply scanning the barcode on the product, which instantly calls up all the relevant information. To make this information easily accessible, all product manuals and specifications are formatted for simple viewing on mobile devices.
News
Keep up to date with all the latest news with real-time updates from Texecom. Whether it’s new product launches, software updates, interesting case studies, ‘how to’ guides or blog posts, you’ll always be in the know.
Favourites
You can save documents such as product manuals, guides and technical bulletins as favourites, making access to them even easier. This feature also allows specific parts of set-up and configuration documents to be highlighted, ensuring a smoother installation and handover on site.
Forum access
With over 6,000 members, Texecom’s Forum is an essential tool for security installers. Now you can access the Forum directly from your phone via the app. So, if you have a pressing question while on site, simply ask your installer community there and then.

Existing Registered Installers can gain instant access to technical product information, simply login using your existing Texecom Registered Installer login credentials.

New to the Texecom Registered Installer scheme? You can register straight away through either the TexecomPro app or the Texecom website (www.texe.com). By registering you’ll be sent login information which can be used to access professional installer-only content on the Texecom website or TexecomPro app.

Simply scan the barcode on the product box using the built-in scanner. This will call up the relevant manual to your device.
Search
Key in the product name into the search bar.

Browse to your product of choice by using the quick lookup menus.
