The Riders Pod is a mobile application that has been developed by a rider, for riders, with all of your needs in one place.

Incorporating all the features to make day to day training and planning, much easier, for every rider and every discipline.

The Riders Pod focuses on maintaining healthy, balanced lifestyles and allowing riders to engage with an interactive platform to develop and achieve their goals and results.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a newbie to exercise or a gym extraordinaire, our community is here every step of the way to support and encourage you.

Our community of strong and encouraging riders across the world are here to support you and be with you throughout your journey, sharing the ups and the downs.

• Fitness

A personal trainer in your pocket? YES!

Rider specific workouts broken down into categories so you can plan your journey. From whole body, to specific muscle groups, The Riders Pod will assist you to achieve your fitness goals. Every exercise has a video to help you learn the technique. Did we mention fun? All of our workouts are set to be fun and rewarding, especially the challenges!

• Nutrition

Step by step, super simple and delicious recipes in the palm of your hand. All recipes are nutritionist and dietitian approved so they are guaranteed to be full of nutritious goodness that your body will love. From breakfast to lunch, dinner and snacks. We have you covered!

• Planner

Did someone say an equestrian specific planner?

We did! We designed this planner around the equestrian lifestyle. With specific colour codes to differentiate between important dates like the farrier, vet, competitions, vaccinations and spells.

All aspects of The Riders Pod are able to be added to your planner making it interactive and allows you to keep track of your great work.

• Goal Setting

We love goal setting, but we know that hard worked piece of paper we write them on tends to get lost or scrunched up..

The goal setting feature is fully interactive allowing you to set goals, track progress, add images and mark achievements.


• Results

Tracking your results is a great way to star motivated, achieve goals and push yourself that little further.

The results feature was designed so riders are about to upload and save their competition results, personal results, fitness journey or anything else they wish to keep track of. This feature allows riders to upload results through images and add a detailed description, all stored in a library so you can refer to them at any time.
