Modern scientific library is the main section of the higher education and scientific research’s institutions, and has a great role in the university in general and scientific research in educational process in providing services to professors, researchers and students who consider the elite community and mind thinker. Obviously, the library cannot perform this function unless the reliable sources, update books, periodicals and other sources supplied. To have the best functioning of the library, it has managed by the modern administration systems by using the technology to obtain the updated information.


The College Law and Political Science has been considered one of the most modern scientific libraries. Despite of the fact that, the law college library is new, we can see the Deanship of Law College’s serious effort to get more and more scientific sources by increasing the numbers of the books and reliable sources such as scientific journals, letters, masters, doctorates, encyclopedias, books, etc. Nowadays, the library’s sources have reached more than (32000) thirty-two thousand, while the library’s sources were about 6,000 six thousand in 2012 distributed on both specialties of legal science and political science.
