* Create My Learning Plan for the year
* Search for learning offerings
* Enroll/Revoke for classroom learning programs
* View one’s learning history
Key Features (Managers)
* View, edit and approve the learning plans of all your direct reports
Key Features (Learning Faculty)
* Mark attendance of participant in one’s program
* Create/participate in discussion fora around various learning topics
Key Features (Learning Administrator)
* Develop and administer assessments for each program
* Upload competency- program mapping
* Grant privileges to users (Assign any combination of the 4 roles)
