You will gain the skills as you help Alex, a woman in her 30s, who also suffers from agoraphobia. As you help her use different techniques to overcome her condition, you will learn those same skills and will be able to apply them to your own situation. The app is portioned in to bite sized chapters, with various challenges to tackle before you embark on each episode of Alex’s story.
