I offer online training, both ready-to-go training plans focused on various skills, as well as tailor-made programming suited for each individual and their needs. No matter your goal, we can work on it together. Strength training, specific pole training, flexibility training, mental training or a mix of any of those components, I am here to help you reach your goals.
I also assist athletes and recreational exercisers with mental training. Mental training is extremely important to enhance performance, and just like the skeletal muscles, you can think of your mentality as a muscle that can be trained! Perception is everything. With added focus, confidence, planning, communication and stress control, you are much better equipped to handle the stresses of competition training, recreational exercise, or daily life.
