This CEM mobile application is a platform for CEM customers to manage their electricity supply contracts and to apply for services. Through the application, CEM customers are able to check the latest bill and request for services, e.g. report meter reading, apply for payment reminder service or leave a message to our Customer Contact Centre. Status of all online requests can be checked via the application at any time. Furthermore, customers can choose to register as a login user enabling them to manage multiple contracts through their login accounts. The application is fully synchronized with our CEM corporate eService Portal at www.cem-macau.com. Registered users will automatically become users of this application with the same login credential and vice versa. Unregistered users can also use this tool to register as a login user and to enjoy enhanced services in both the eService Portal and this mobile platform.
