Get in shape BOOT CAMP style!!! Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” sweat! From hundred routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative toning exercises using your body weight. With motivational music and your instructor’s enthusiasm each class is sure to bring its own unique challenge. No two classes are the same!!
FREE WEIGN-IN SERVICE
Blitz fitness knows from experience that losing weight can be challenging. Here at Blitz we offer on all of our programs a
free weigh-in service and consultation with your instructor. The free weigh-in service is available on every session. On your first visit we will chat about your individual goals and what you’re looking to achieve from Blitz.
