The BSS EAP App allows employees (and their eligible family members) of BSS client organisations access to a range of features designed to increase the use they get out of the EAP. These include:
1. Direct phone, web, and email access to BSS.
2. Information about the services available.
3. A range of “self help” tips.
4. The ability to make, change, or cancel an appointment via email.
5. Direct access to a range of crisis contacts (including access to BSS’s 1800 Emergency contact number)
