You can use all of the above-mentioned features of the application or only a subset of those, depending on your responsibilities in an organization or your personal needs. First, you need to create study Terms for a specific period, then in each Term you may create Subjects. Before scheduling Lectures or Exams for each of those Subjects, you need to create Rooms. To keep track of a performance Journal, you need to input Student data as well, and assign them to those Subjects already created. It is advised to create the weekly timetable first, and then generate the lectures in bulk based on the created timetable, rather than to create all the lectures manually one-by-one. For your easy reference, there is a guidance for each screen and its functionality right in the application, which is accessible via the respective button at the top-right corner of each screen.
There are lot of features envisioned for the next incremental versions of this application, which we hope to deliver to you as soon as possible.

- Statistics of each student performance and overall group performance, per each subject and per term in general.
- Timetable auto-generation based on available rooms and teachers, to host a given set of students with their mandatory subjects to be taken within the given term of study.
