FixMyNeed along with its network partners assigns security verified, experienced service or delivery professionals through a complex GPS based software engine to offer services from closest proximity anywhere and anytime.

Throughout the service process subject matter experts, helpdesk and SOS professionals of FixmyNeed tracks the service call and appropriate automated communication between the service consumer (i.e. Indian household) and extended service team is managed through a workflow engine to ensure reliability, transparency of service charges, security, timeliness and quality service delivery.
