Want direction on healthier eating? We've got you covered. We could give you a meal plan, but that's a recipe for failure (pun intended). Instead you will be providing us with a food journal so that we can adjust your eating habits gradually. This way you will learn to adapt to healthier eating over time to greatly increase your likelihood of success. But filling out a food journal can be tedious and time consuming. Which is why we've eliminated that aspect by giving you the option to photograph everything you eat and let us take it from there.

Afraid you're going to hurt yourself? Avoiding and recovering from injuries is our specialty. With such a heavy focus on proper form and mobility techniques, we can direct you on working around previous injuries, rehabilitating them, and preventing future ones.
