The mantra bestows prosperity, abundance and money, where Om means Lord Brahma, who is beyond the unmanifest, Mani — precious stone or crystal, Padma — Lotus, Hum heart.

Based on these provisions there are several interpretations of this mantra:
"All (Ohms) of jewels (Mani) thrive (Padma — like a Lotus blossom) I have an open heart (Hum — heart)";
"The universe gives prosperity and abundance I receive with an open heart";
"Wealth (God, All) in all its forms (precious, valued, important — money) comes (growing, blooming Lotus — Padme) to those who are willing to accept it with all my being (heart, Hum)";
"Universal abundance fills my heart" — that is, the mantra is embedded with the following understanding: "I accept the abundance of all our nature";
