Cloud Based – Have you ever wanted to see exactly what your techs are working on? GoServicePro is based in the Cloud, meaning that as your field tech is logging timestamps, notes, and files against a customer through our mobile application, your back office is able to see everything that is going on! Plus, after the back office is done dispatching a job, the tech receives it instantly on their device!
Offline Capabilities – Many companies inevitably have customers that live in an area without cellular service, or have to work in basements and boiler rooms that are without a WiFi connection. As long as the field tech has been dispatched the job in an area with an internet connection, they are able to do all of their work when in an offline area. GoServicePro mobile app automatically syncs back up with the cloud when entering an area of service again, without needing the field tech to do anything!
Timestamps – Timestamps are collected by the field technicians, each of which allows for more information to be logged. GoServicePro’s mobile application has six default timestamps: Travel Start, Onsite, Work Start, Work Stop, Leave Site, and Travel Stop. These collect the current time and date.
Information Logging – GoServicePro allows for multiple logging options: Notes, Activities, Time, Parts, Expenses, and much more!
Notes can be logged so that customers can view the details, or can be logged as internal notes so that just your company sees them.
Logging activities allows your field techs to say exactly what it is that they did to a particular site asset. Did they clean or repair it? Did they replace or install it? Never be left in the dark on these questions again!
Time outside of timestamps can also be logged, such as when and how long your techs took their lunch, traveled to a location, and more.
Installing, removing, and exchanging parts can all be logged. Serial numbers can be included for serialized parts, and bar codes can even be scanned to quickly find the part!
Additional expenses can also be tracked. These can include overtime, parts picked up at a nearby store, and more!
Inventory - How many times have you seen a field tech spend 20 minutes searching through the back of their van, only to find out that they don’t have the part on them needed for this particular job? With GoServicePro’s mobile app, this is a thing of the past! Field techs each have an inventory assigned to them that show up right on the mobile app.
Signature and Photo Capture – Signatures are able to be collected directly on the mobile device, allowing your customers to sign off when they are satisfied with the service provided. Additionally, pictures can be taken through our mobile app and saved against the case.
PDF Forms – If there are additional forms that you want imported into the system, we can work with you to create Intelligent PDFs. These can be used to pull information from the work order and auto populate fields, allow your field techs to manually fill out fields and check lists, and collect additional signatures for custom forms.
Invoicing and Quoting - GoServicePro’s mobile application comes with the option for field techs to create invoices and quotes out in the field. In addition, payments can be collected out in the field through credit cards with the help of a credit card reader!
