Helpio is dedicated to all OptimumDesk application users. Registration is simple: the only step the user has to do is to enter his phone number. The tool allows users to alert emerging IT situations to the IT support center, which will examine the customer's request and solve it in the shortest time. The user can also provide a feedback that appreciates the way the problem was solved.
Helpio provides other features such us adding a picture that would better describe the problem or check-in at the location of the incident.
