Moreover, installer will receive push notifications related to alarms and faults despite app is closed. Events can be stored and installer will be able to start telephone call to customer to arrange a meeting.
They will have a complete view on BUS peripherals, events, partitions, detectors and outputs.
The app allows to link a new installation to an existing customer or create a new one, setting e-mail address, telephone numbers, and installation address so that the very useful geo-localization feature can be exploited: using the app, installer can quickly locate where are installations nearby him.
