As Inwood height first functional training gym, we offer classes designed to train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. Functional fitness exercises utilize upper and lower body simultaneously, while also emphasizing core stability.
All of our classes are inspired by the training routines of the National Guard, NYPD, FDNY, military. Our Boot Camp classes push you to your limit, but you get to decide your own limit. No matter your background in fitness, our classes will help you achieve your goals.
