« For 8 weeks we are going to train together and transform your body.
Our goal? To focus on tonus, flexibility and balance, in order to improve your physical form and health. Careful now, as old habits die hard and you’re going to have to change them. With me there is no jumping around all over the place and no hurting yourself. We can build up our muscles carefully and I am going to prove it to you. With 3 weekly videos I will teach you how to sculpt your body without any professional equipment. To prepare your muscles for the intensive muscle building sessions to come we are going to concentrate on stretching for the first 2 weeks. Then we will get to the real muscle building sessions without taking any risks. Take your time when you start exercising and train at your own pace.
