This free app provides you with the full conference schedule, details about the presenters and presentations, as well as many other functions conference-goers will find useful before, during, and after the conference. There are no paid features of this app; full app functionality is available to all conference attendees and presenters upon app download.
For your convenience, our conference mobile app includes the following capabilities and features (all included at no cost):
• Full conference schedule with session descriptions, locations, times, and presenter information.
• Social "timeline" for users to connect with one another to network, share comments, post pictures, coordinate schedules, or hold private discussions.
• Your personalized user account (which you manage by creating an individual user name and password) allows you to include and update your picture and contact information in timeline posts for easy networking, lets you link and post to other social media platforms, and allows you to keep track of and share the sessions you plan to attend.
• Hotel floor plans assist you in finding each meeting room location, and pre-plotted interactive maps with numerous local must-see attractions will assist your navigation while outside the hotel.
• A full, color-coded list of tracks relating to each workshop (see the Information tab within the app), to help plan your conference experience.
• Access to presenter handouts (downloadable directly to your device) as they become available, exhibitor and sponsor information, FAQ's and additional information about the conference, local transportation links and contact information, and other helpful tools and links for you to explore.
