All the process for the Home Made dishes like Pizza, Gnocchi, Parmigiana, Lasagne, Bolognese sauce and many more, follow the ancient italian culinary culture and respect the time allowed for making it.
The Pizza dough is kept 24/36 hours before to make a pizza, in order to complete the leavening and to be digestible.
From the bread served still warm to the table, to the Dessert, everything is accurately made from our chef’s and give the typical genuine italian taste.
