As of iOS 10, mindfulness has been thrust into the limelight with apps such as the Apple Watch Breathe app which track your breathing sessions and store the time spent on breathing in the Mindful Minutes section of the Health app.
The Mindful Stats iPhone app allows you to:
- Set your daily mindful minutes goal and track your progress
- View daily and weekly statistics laid out in gorgeous graphs which include total minutes and your minimum / maximum heart rate for the period
- Record and track mindfulness sessions that writes back to the health app
The Mindful Stats Apple Watch app allows you to:
- View your daily mindful minutes compared with your daily goal
- View a complication on the watch face of your daily mindful minutes
