You do this by noting down the three tasks you want to get done the most the previous night. These tasks should be important but not too big and one of them should be related to your goals. It's better to do them first thing in the morning. By using this app, you can solidify what you want to get done the next day and have peace of mind about remembering your MITs perfectly.
