MyMonii helps families keep track of pocket money and daily chores for your kids.
You can as a parent transfer money, delegate tasks to your kids and the youngsters can keep track of their own saving goals.
It can be difficult for kids to understand the value of digital money and as we move towards a cashless society, MyMonii integrates the good old piggy bank with the calendar on the fridge in a new digital way, that enables kids to get a better financial understanding.
It can actually be fun to earn your own pocket money. You get your own account, where you can get an overview of all the money you’ve earned. You can also make saving goals, so you know how much more money you need to earn before you can buy that special item you’ve been dreaming about.
How the app works and advantages:
As a family - get an overview of tasks/chores and pocket money
As parents - make tasks/chores for your kids
As parents - make weekly allowance transfers
As parents - add pictures of the tasks
as a child - you can make saving goals
as a child - you can make your own customized profile with pictures and choose your own name
Parents and kids each have their own login.
MyMonii is founded by Louise Ferslev. For her and for the rest of the MyMonii team, it’s not only important but it’s our vision to make sure that we help kids and young people to manage their own money, without getting lost in the financial wilderness of quick loans, interest rates and credit cards.
More than 17.000 danish families uses MyMonii, and in close collaboration with both parents and kids we continue to develop the app. At the moment we are actually testing a payment card for kids and young people, together with a small group of hand picked families. Your feedback means the world to us! That’s why you’re always more than welcome to send us an e-mail, asking questions, giving feedback or just some nice inputs on email@example.com.
