Navizor is the first mobile navigator in the world that takes into account roads quality when planning a route.
Functionality of beta-version of the mobile application includes the following features:
- The navigator that allows to lay recommended automobile routes taking into account the quality of the road surface. Building ones way is also available in automobile and passenger regime. Besides the standard functions of any traditional navigator Navizor beta has a unique option which warns the driver with the help of a voice signal while approaching the road in critical condition or the one of low quality. Such a function gives the driver possibility to take precautions (slow down the speed, to maneuver etc) in order to avoid getting into a pit or getting to the dangerous area with poor road surface at hight speed. In addition, due to road sections quality colourful marking the driver can orient when to switch to safer speed regime.
- Roads quality assessment is the option that helps to evaluate the quality of the chosen road section at 5-points scale: from “critical” condition to “excellent” mark right in the Navizor beta. Roads quality relevant quotes are automatically recorded to the server after what the algorithm calculates the considered and renewed mark of the roads surface. In this way the information about roads condition is constantly updating in on-line regime. The road on the map is being filled with the appropriate colour on the map, that simplifies visual perception of the quality of the road section while moving down route.
