In the app you can
-view your accounts' balance and transaction details
-make credit transfers between your own accounts
-read payment details with a barcode reader or QR code reader
-check the details of your cards and make transfers from your credit card
-change card settings
-check the details of your loans
-follow up the performance of your book-entry accounts
-read and send e-mails through Netbank's Mail
-compare different foreign currencies with the currency calculator
You log into Mobile Bank with a permanent password or with the Nordea Codes app. You can create a permanent password either in Netbank or in Mobile Bank. You can activate the code app in your Netbank service. You will need the access codes when you start using the code app and the permanent password.
Some services, such as bill payment, require that you confirm the payment with a code from your code card or with the code app.
New functionalities will be added to Mobile Bank regularly and this is why we recommend that you update your app as soon as you receive the information on the update.
In order to use Mobile Bank
- you need a Netbank agreement with Nordea and
- an iPhone or iPad on which to download the mobile app.
