PBA Health Claims provides mobile access to the most popular features of our member benefits portal website. Check your eligibility information, review your medical, dental, or vision claims, and even email an image of your health plan ID card directly to your provider. PBA Health Claims puts these tools right at your fingertips!
*View enrollment history, current enrollment data, and dependent information.
*Browse your most current claims or filter claims by member name.
*Access your most current health plan ID card and even email a copy of it to your doctor or other provider.
*Ask a question or contact PBA for help. Messages are securely sent to PBA and responses are accessible through both the mobile app and the online member benefits portal.
*If you have an existing benefits portal account, use your existing username and password to access the mobile app, no additional setup is required.
*Create a new account, manage an existing account, or recover your login credentials directly from the app. There’s no need to manage your account on a website or by phone.
You must sign in to access the information in this app. To save time, you can check the “save username” checkbox on the login screen. Each subsequent login will remember your username.
You must have your benefits plan with PBA and your employer must use the HealthX member benefits portal in order to use this app.
If you already use our PBA Flex Claims app (previously named “PBAmobile”) you will not be able to use your mobile username and password to access this app. The flex app will continue to use a separate login. Only the benefits portal website and PBA Health Claims will share login credentials.
If your employer only has Flexible Benefits (Flex or FSA) through PBA or if you would like to manage your Flex Benefits account on your mobile device, please install our companion app, PBA Flex Claims. Note that for security reasons, you will need to setup a separate username and password in order to use PBA Flex Claims.
PBA Health Claims is compatible with iPhone and iPod touch. Requires iOS 4.0 or later.
