PENTA Time – Equipment – Production (TEP) is a crew-based field reporting application that optimizes reporting of employee time, equipment usage, production and reimbursements. The application can be used for jobs, work orders and overhead. TEP allows front-line supervisors to create activity logs in order to capture their crew’s activities from the work site, eliminating paper timesheets and related inefficiencies.
TEP includes a Field Ticket module which provides tools to better manage extra work performed on jobs. This module allows job personnel to generate field ticket documents in the field or back office. Field tickets provide substantiation of the labor, equipment and materials used to perform extra work. This allows the job team to obtain customer authorization for resources used each shift or day on the extra work, which eliminates questions on billings and results in faster payment by the customer.
PENTA TEP is fully integrated with PENTA Personnel, Payroll, Equipment, and Job Cost Modules.
