RentalResult SM provides for Wynne's customers the ability to securely manage workshop orders and service actions. It allows engineers and other appropriate users to update service information on workshop orders and service actions in the core system that are allocated to them.
Among the many things this app delivers are: changing service status and dates; making changes to parts on lines; adding notes; taking and attaching photo images; updating service units and test results; adding and viewing certificates; viewing warranty information.
The app is designed to work in both on-line and off-line environments. Requests are sent to the server in real time when network connectivity is available, but data is also stored locally on the device and can be submitted when a network is available.
