SalesPlan offers employee's a simple solution for their daily chores. They can work from Anywhere, Any time as long as they have internet connection. SalesPlan consists of employee self service portal from where they can fill their Daily Sales details which will lead to creation of DSR as per respective designations like Sales Representative (SR), Area Sales Manager (ASM), Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Sales Manager (SM) and General Manager (GM) all can be controlled by Administrator. To validate the DSR Google map is integrated with the Geo location facility in employee’s smart phone. Tour Plan can be created prior so that all the related visits of SR, SM, ASM, RSM, & GM are in sync with each other. Routes are defined by the employee for monthly tour plan creation. SalesPlan is integrated with Google Map for Geo location of the resources. With smart phone, field employee can click his Geo position. By this one can track their field resources.

SalesPlan suite provides the user interface for content management in respect of website management like press releases, News releases, and circulars etc., handled directly from the Administrator control panel.

SalesPlan combines people; processes, integrates them with technology to manage resources efficiently. Leading to satisfied employees and all the other stakeholders. All the employee reports according to the defined hierarchy and accordingly authorization process follows the same hierarchy.

SalesPlan is configured on the basis of Zone, Region, Area, Sales Head Quarter and Station wise. All the customers are captured on the basis of above hierarchy to sync the data. The detail Customer information is captured for proper reporting. Product information can be stored as per product group and product type. Products MRP, Retail Price, Stock Price and Synopsis can be captured.
