Training with the SlimBeam is very varied and effective thanks to the height-adjustable and separately operable cables. The coordination is equally challenged. We recommend a basic level of fitness for the training with the SlimBeam.
The tachometer (in different colors) indicates the difficulty of the training set. Blue corresponds to the lightest intensity, red the medium intensity and black the highest intensity.
Once you have decided on a training set, the set-up menu appears and all the exercises are listed in the form of a video. The athlete's best to start with the first video and trained sequentially through to the last video. Among the videos are the reps. The stopwatch time is displayed in seconds and rowing a distance is given in meters. On the right side there is a small arrow. If you click the arrow you enter a separate menu where the execution of the exercise will be explained in detail.
