The application features the following for Tania’s drivers:
1. The app makes it easy for drivers to follow up on their orders
2. It allows Tania’s drivers to view their daily driving route through displaying a customers list and also arranges drivers’ visits to customers to make their job easier.
3. Using Tania Driver app, drivers will be able to reach all customers as the application displays the new order list side by side with the main customer list. Drivers can easily view a list of all of their orders instead of manually searching for the next destination.
4. The app makes it easy to bounce the request back to Tania's customer service when any problem occurs and prevents the driver from delivering the request, providing a justification for unfulfilled requests.
5. Drivers can contact Tania’s customer service to report any problem and that might prevent them from delivering the order.
6. The app serves as a tool if the driver need to communicate directly with the the customer through phone calls or text messages in order to help him fulfill the request.
7. Drivers can change their status (online / offline) which helps Tania's customer service to distribute the orders between the drivers more effectively.
8. The app informs the driver with the current capacity and the possibility of refilling the vehicle beside the condition and the requests of the driver.
9. The app provides the ability to modify the user’s information and manage the driver's account.
10. The application supports drivers through notification in order to help them determine the assigned orders and the served area(s). The driver also get notifications in case of vehicle change.
11. The app provides drivers with the ability to send complaints or suggestions to Tania's customer service.
12. In order to complete the delivering process, the driver enter a confirmation code which the customer also receives.
13. The application allows the drivers to know their ratings for each of the fulfilled requests.
14. Tania Driver application supports Arabic, English, Hindi and Urdu languages in order to serve all Tania’s drivers.

How to use the application?
No registration is required by drivers. They receive their own login information from Tania’s customer service and can use them to use the app and enjoy all of its features. The app requires access to the user's location.
