Case Handling module
Stores cases assigned to different levels of responsibility
hierarchy, obtains their lifecycle, provide required notification of concerned personnel. It
also provides with search engine, reporting subsystem and data export. Cases track
information about incidents, applied actions and their consequences.
Mobile application supports part of these opportunities. User can create new Case with all needed fields, look at all created cases on table or one case on screen.
Stores documents, restricts access to them, provides with document
versioning, searches by documents and generates several statistical reports.
Mobile application supports part of these opportunities. User can look at all created documents, search the documents by Branch or Process level, download documents to mobile phone.
